Angela Temata

I have more than 35 years’ experience in advertising and real estate. Buying or selling a home is a huge deal, and I work hard to make the process easier for my clients. Utilise my skills, knowledge and experience, and especially my passion for my work and doing it well, to your best advantage. I have a strong network of buyers, local knowledge, and the backing of a market-leading company.

My daughter Vanessa Morgan joined me in 2015, immediately increasing what I can offer you when you bring your property to the market - whether its two people present at open homes or two of us talking to potential buyers. Vanessa brings 25 years’ experience in communications, print, marketing, events & client services to the team, along with her positive can-do attitude, friendly nature & attention to detail.

Together we work hard to make the process easier for you. We walk alongside you through the whole journey, keeping you informed and up-to-date about feedback and developments throughout the marketing period.

  • 1980 – 15 years in advertising, sales, marketing, research & training at the Waikato Times
  • January 1995 – joined Harcourts in Hamilton, sold $55 million of property over the next 9 years & ranked consistently in Harcourts National Top 100
  • December 2003 – joined the Harcourts Northern Regional team as Harcourts Academy Trainer
  • 2007 – moved to Harcourts Western Australia State Office, Perth, as Academy Trainer for the State
  • 2010 – moved home to NZ, joined the Harcourts Milford sales team
  • October 2015—achieved more than $100 million dollars in settled sales
